Time Space Existence : Venice Architecture Biennale, 2016

Videography & Visual Presentation: Turjoy Chowdhury

This video installation “Time Space Existance” was made (on be half of Ar. Md. Rafiq Azam/Shatotto) for the Venice Architectural Biennale, 2016, entitled “REPORTING FROM THE FRONT”. It took place from Saturday, May 28 to Sunday, November 27, 2016, at the Giardini and the Arsenale, directed by Alejandro Aravena and organized by the Biennale di Venezia chaired by Paolo Baratta.

“Bangladesh is the largest delta on earth and Dhaka is the most densely populated cities in the world. Wonderful historic Dhaka is now mercilessly transforming……SHATOTTO vows its voyage with the intent to unearth the lost history and heritage of Bengal and recreate the missing link of it’s urban and rural culture. Shatotto is also trying to bridge the missing gaps between the architectural values and the current crisis of a responsible architecture for a better society.”
